Matt...you always seem to have some great perspective on having the right entrepreneurial attitude. I appreciate all you add to this blog. Hope you're smiling and laughing with your family over the holidays.

Great post. I think this is very important... appreciating what we have and the things and people around us is key. Sometimes people ask me how I am and maybe I'm not doing that great... but I typically still say good. I will never be "bad" ... why? Because odds are someone else, somewhere, has it A LOT worse than I do. Walking miles in a village to fetch watch to drink for the day. Suffering and hurting from physical abuse. Walking with a loved one who is dying. Who am I to complain about my life? Unless it's life and death, it's not too important. Business and jobs and work will always be there... but people won't be. I am no one to complain.

How do I give gratitude? SMILE. LAUGH. Be positive. Life is too short to be anything else. I give off positive energy and anyone I see on a weekly basis can attest to that. I want to be on fire with positive energy, and I want people to see that... because to be anything else isn't what I think we should be. I don't want to know I should have gratitude, I want to live it.

I like this post a lot! Seneca once said, "there is nothing more honorable than a grateful heart." Yes, I may have looked that one up just recently for my Thanksgiving toast, but it is very true. Good work!
